Design & Showcase
Our in-house design studio is a team of American & European Fashion designers. We are ready with 200 new styles every fortnight and keep our showroom updated with the latest and future trends which are ready to chose from.
Trims
Trims are the accessory of a garment. One of our teams is completely dedicated only for trims. They pick the best sourced buttons, zippers and laces which also meet all the testing parameters. As we also deal in kids wear, safety is our priority.
CADs & Patterns
Pattern Marking procedure may carry out manually or with the aid of a computerized labeling system. By using digital methods, we never lose our patterns and they can be reused anytime,. It also gets us easy and quick approvals from our customers.
Embroideries & Knits
We design and develop our own embroideries, schiffli and broderie anglaise. As it is also an in-house setup, we offer 100% customisation support to our customers for any design including the styles with multi coloured threads.
Printing & Dyeing
Prints are our core strength. We develop our own handmade and digital prints which are subject to copyright. Having our own printing mill and dyeing processes helps us to work as a team and makes communication and deliveries faster.
Yarn dyes & Jacquards
Our mills are well capable of developing all kinds of textured fabrics including yarn dyed checks and stripes and various weaving processes to make beautiful jacquard patterns and unique smocking patterns as well.
CLO- 3D
Digital world is the new normal. And it is also one of our ways to contribute to the environment.
Our specialised team of experts in CLO-3D softwares creates and share a digital collection every week. This also saves the sampling costs.
Labeling & Packing
The precious garments are carefully folded, tagged, and assembled according to the customer’s size and preferences in the final stages of product preparation. We make sure that the product is tucked in well and secure for it's final journey.
Shipping & Import
At Luna Skies, we are the exporters and importers. We provide custom cleared goods in the US with delivered duty paid that means we take responsibilities and costs for delivering the goods to the named place of destination.
